He currently is the principal stockholder in The Deltennium Group, Inc., which has controlling and minority interests in a broad range of investments. This company also serves as a platform for a diverse consulting, training, public speaking and turnaround management firm of associates experienced in a wide variety of consulting disciplines.
Mr. Czarnecki also serves on the Chapter Board of Directors.

Bill Pruitt served as Managing Partner from 1980 until his retirement in 1999 for Florida, Caribbean and Venezuela for Arthur Anderson LLP. This responsibility included 1000 personnel in seven cities. Currently, Mr. Pruitt serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of KOS Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical company [2004-present]; Chairman of the Audit Committee for PBSJ Corporation, a multi-disciplined engineering firm and public company [2003-present]; and until 2006, was Chairman of the Audit Committee of Adjoined Consulting, Inc., which was formed in 2000 as a full-service management consulting firm delivering business value to its Global 2000 client base. Adjoined was merged into Kanbay International, a global consulting firm in February 2006.

He is a frequent lecturer at international conferences, speaking often on the structuring of international business transactions and the structuring of cross-border investments.

Since 2004 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceautical company focused on psychiatry and women's health. He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and meets the SEC requirements as an "audit committee financial expert". Donald is Executive Chairman of TM Systems, LLC, a privately-held company that provides language dubbing and subtitling services primarily to the television industry. He also provides consulting services through his company, Integrity Risk Advisors, Inc.
