He currently is the principal stockholder in The Deltennium Group, Inc., which has controlling and minority interests in a broad range of investments. This company also serves as a platform for a diverse consulting, training, public speaking and turnaround management firm of associates experienced in a wide variety of consulting disciplines. He is also President and CEO of O2Media, Inc.
Mr. Czarnecki also serves on the Chapter Board of Directors.

Ms. Chin is CEO of Cebiz, a consulting and investment firm as well as Chairman/CEO of Health Wellness Solutions. She is co-founder/faculty member for “On Board Bootcamps,” designed to assist primarily women/minorities to join corporate boards (featured in Business Week). Carolyn has served on over 30 boards, advisory boards and commissions.

Donald is Executive Chairman of TM Systems, LLC, a privately-held company that provides language dubbing and subtitling services primarily to the television industry. He also provides consulting services through his company, Integrity Risk Advisors, Inc.
