He currently is the principal stockholder in The Deltennium Group, Inc., which has controlling and minority interests in a broad range of investments. This company also serves as a platform for a diverse consulting, training, public speaking and turnaround management firm of associates experienced in a wide variety of consulting disciplines.
Mr. Czarnecki also serves on the Chapter Board of Directors.

Carlos Palomares is President and CEO of SMC Resources, providing advice to senior executives on business and marketing strategy. He is also a member of the Board of Diretcors of the Pan American Life Insurance Co. and Coral Gables Trust Company. Mr. Palomares has held senior management positions in the consumer financial services industry spanning the U.S. and International markets for more than three decades. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer of Capital One Federal Savings Bank, with responsibilities that included marketing credit card products to the U.S. Hispanic population, management of the unsecured personal lending lines of business and Enterprise Risk Management.

Kathy J. Tayon

Ms. Tayon practices in the areas of transactional, regulatory and operational based business and health care law. Her transactional work includes negotiating, documenting and closing a wide array of transactions including purchases, sales, reorganizations and mergers of physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, assisted living facilities, home health agencies and other health care entities. Her regulatory work includes representing individuals and health care entities in determining compliance with Federal and State anti-kickback and self-referral laws and with respect to licensing and certificate of need matters, Medicare and Medicaid audits and investigations, and other regulatory matters. She provides representation with respect to operational matters for businesses.
Ms. Tayon also serves on the Chapter Advisory Board.

Mr. Denkhaus is a senior financial executive with thirty-five years of broad-based business experience. Since 2004 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceautical company focused on psychiatry and women's health. He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and meets the SEC requirements as an "audit committee financial expert". Donald is Executive Chairman of TM Systems, LLC, a privately-held company that provides language dubbing and subtitling services primarily to the television industry. He also provides consulting services through his company, Integrity Risk Advisors, Inc.
