In March, RMG/ISS brings Governance Risk Indicators (GRId) on line. GRId, RMG/ISS's new tool for assessing governance risk, replaces the well-known Corporate Governance Quotient (CGQ). Powering GRId is a new methodology that will gauge risk across four key areas -- audit, board, compensation and shareholders rights -- of boardroom oversight. Be among the first directors in the nation to get an in-depth understanding of this new tool and potentially electric development. Among the questions addressed will be: How does GRId differ from CGQ? What new governance factors are included in GRId? What CGQ factors won't be factored into the new methodology?
